07 --- Two Doors East: Naperville, IL

07: Today (8-6-12) I tried my hand at using actual chalk instead of chalk pens
on a sign for Two Doors East / Anderson's Bookshop in Naperville, IL.
Real chalk was so much more fun to work! I ended up spening about 60 minutes on this board.

06 --- Paper Source: Naperville, IL Part 2

06: These are two of the first signs that I designed for
Paper Source in Naperville, IL in early 2012. Doing the signage at
Paper Sourceas often as I've gotten to has allowed me to get a ton of practice
writing on chalkboards & establish my own lettering style.
Good thing I'm making that face in the picture on the right, huh?!

05 --- Paper Source: Naperville, IL

05: These two signs are just a couple that I've gotten to design for
Paper Source in Naperville, IL. Doing the signage at Paper Source
as often as I've gotten to has allowed me to get a ton of practice writing
on chalkboards & establish my own lettering style! I spent about 60 minutes
on each side on 8-4-12.

01 --- Gelati: Naperville, Illinois

01: Hello! I'm Jenna Blazevich and I'm a letterer and graphic designer. I'm starting this new project called
"She Saw The Sign" where I ask shops (with a chalkboard sign out in front), if I can take a picture of their
existing sign, then wipe it clean and re-vamp it!
The image below was the very first of the series. It was completed in 40 minutes on 08-01-12
Come back and see the rest of the signs that I re-design!
